My first time in this place and even though the barber spoke english, he completely disregarded the reference picture, resulting in a disastrous haircut. I believe a reimbursement would be fair given the deviation from the agreed-upon style.

Last time I came here, the haircut was perfect but this time it wasn’t . I got assigned a hairstylist who was impatient, was using the machines on my head rather carelessly and to top it off, he completely ruined my hairstyle. And another guy had to step in because he was acting like a prick. That guy was nice. But, still they weren’t able to give me the cool haircut which I got the last time I came here. And also, the barber carelessly removed hair protection clothing carelessly and made my clothes dirty with hair. So, definitely I won’t recommend if they continue like this.

Terrible! I'm talking about the master (in denim shorts and sandals). He cuts terrible hair. I showed my photos from all sides with my hairstyle (cropping), where all the lines and all the transitions were visible. He does something completely different, he doesn't care about quality, just to do it quickly, he cuts in just 15 minutes, not neatly and not as he was asked. It's not Barber! I don't understand who gave him a hairdresser's certificate and how he was allowed to work. Just awful, ruined my hair.

I visited for the 3rd time but this time they spoiled the haircut, looks like a trainee and was totally disappointed me with the uneven haircut. I also had the communication difficulty so i paid and left without arguing any further. Sometimes it's worth paying more than the cheaper and faster options.
