You don't need an appointment, the haircut is as requested, always very friendly staff, good value for money and if it seems like I'll have to wait too long, I just go back at another time... Highly recommended!

I went spontaneously in the morning and I think I had to wait 30-45 minutes or so to get my turn, which I think is very good for a visit to the hairdresser without an appointment. Got great advice and love my new haircut! Gladly again!

Unfortunately it didn't turn out as desired. A week ago I was there to have my hair colored and cut. As you can see in the first picture, I had red pigment in my tips. Since my natural hair color is brown, I wanted exactly the same as in the second picture, with a few highlights. I discussed with Denise how we would proceed and she explained to me that we would not be able to completely get rid of the red tint. I was aware of this, but didn't expect the catastrophic end result. My hair was first completely bleached without dyeing a test strand. Additionally, all foils were removed at the same time, meaning the top layer of hair retained far more of the red color pigments. In my imagination, you would then have had to use the color to adjust the brown tone. This didn't happen. Everything was simply washed out and a gloss was used. Everything was then blow-dried and styled. Due to the matting and glossing, I unfortunately didn't see how many colors I now had on my head after leaving the studio. A day later (see pictures 3-5) my hair looked as if someone had tried to dye it themselves. I've only been in the rain once and the red tinge came through strongly. I then went back there to have the paint touched up. Unfortunately, the young woman didn't fully understand my problem and emphasized that we had discussed it that way. My hair was then tinted. At least I didn't have to pay anything again. I had hoped for more for the €216.50 I had to pay and unfortunately I was very disappointed. My ends are split and my hair is difficult to comb. Even if the staff themselves were very nice, that's not enough. I expect a trained hairdresser to educate their customers very well and only dare to do things that they can do.

I have been coming to Sarah for several years for a large project (extensions, cut, color, highlights and styling). I have never left the store dissatisfied - on the contrary, I have always been more than satisfied. My wishes are always taken into account and I still receive professional advice. I don't want to be without Sarah and her team anymore! Neat, conscientious work that is completely in line with the price.
