Hello, I'll just list all the negative things without further ado - in principle nothing was announced as to what would happen next: Example 1: Hairdresser's chair moved downwards without comment. I had placed my feet on the wheels of the chair for convenience. She could have broken my feet/legs. Example 2: The scissors were hit on my head 1 cm above my eye, probably unconsciously, just not paying attention for a moment. But it could also have ended up in the eye. No excuse for that. - Combing and washing: rough massage in of the shampoo, water very hot, no temperature asked - Combing the wet hair: with a dense brush from the roots to the tips until huge knots were created in the hair, which were combed out with brute force (I made it clear several times by saying "Ow, ow, ow" that it hurts!! ). If I'm not mistaken, you use a large-toothed comb for this...? - Coloring: From natural brown at the roots to blonde at the tips, a light brown tone should be incorporated so that a soft color transition occurs. Both colors were used on the left side of the head, but the hairdresser forgot to add the light brown to the right side of the head. In the meantime I asked her why she didn't include the light brown. She supposedly did it. After blow-drying, I had an ugly color border, which the hairdresser tried to conceal by cutting repeatedly with the thinning scissors until unwanted steps appeared at ear level. I just thought: what is that woman doing to my hair??? I told her that I had already pointed out to her when I was dyeing it that she had forgotten the light brown and then she looked guilty. The wild cutting around didn't help, so the hairdresser wanted to renew the color transition again. Color came back into the hair. Washing/blow-drying was done by the boss. That was (honest praise) really very pleasant! - the edge was still there in the end (see photo) - I was at Scheeps for 3 hours 15 minutes - and I had to pay €20 more than agreed because more paint was used. I'm just sad because. for my hair and the money.

I was looking online for a new hairdresser near me. This salon made a good impression on me in the reviews. However, when I walked past the salon twice in the last few days, I was unfortunately disappointed. It didn't seem professional, but rather strange to me when I saw a (surely) employee of the store sitting behind the window smoking and looking out. Even though it was probably/hopefully just an e-cigarette, this picture didn't leave a good impression on me. Unfortunately, this is a reason for me not to make an appointment there and continue my search.

My rescuers in dire straits! After my hair was dyed way too dark and reddish instead of ash in another salon (touch-ups were even worse), Mr. Scheeps and Katrin saved my hair! They took a lot of time and gave extensive advice. The paint was still very fresh which complicated everything! I arrived at the appointment totally unhappy and not really confident, but the two of them worked magic and I was able to leave the Scheeps salon super happy! Thank you !!!

I wanted natural highlights. Kathrin has chosen a very nice, matching shade of blonde. The editing is also very successful. I'm very satisfied!!!
