Yesterday I got a new haircut at the salon and was very pleased. My hair is slightly curly and went down to my chest. I think natural and healthy hair is very important and was open to a new hairstyle. I felt that Feli gave me very competent advice and she gave me a very nice haircut that suits me and my hair structure perfectly. Thank you ☺️

I'm not much of a reviewer, but I'd like you to be spared what happened to me. My first visit to the salon was quite good, only the second one was a disaster. I wanted a bob like I had before and despite the picture it turned out completely different. It was shorter at the front than at the back, the sides were too thick towards the bottom and the back of the head was cut into a semicircle and the rest was a length towards the bottom. I didn't really notice it until the next day when I was styling myself. The strands weren't as nice as they were the first time. I also contacted management, but to date no response, INCREDIBLE. You just can't treat customers like that. You might think she didn't feel like doing anything that day. I might as well have thrown my money in the trash. Definitely not a recommendation. Unfortunately you have to give at least one star.

On May 4th 24 I had an appointment with the agreement that the lightening should be carried out with the powder (Saturday at 10 a.m.), and what I immediately heard from the hairdresser: "I don't do the powder"...and discussed, dominated and... for a long time blames me for keeping to the appointment (lightening with powder). I had the feeling that she didn't like me or my outfit, poor thing😂...In the end she treated my hair with gross mistakes and powder - first the roots (of course it became noticeably lighter) then the rest, instead of the other way around 😂. I had to color the front of my head (middle parting) again at home. Never again...

I received extensive advice on how to care for my hair and Kevin Murphy's products are worth every penny! I'll be back soon for a haircut and a new color! Thank you ☺️
